Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organisational goals and budgets, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.Lead the tendering process, from preparing RFPs to evaluating bids and selecting suppliers that meet business needs and compliance standards.Negotiate favourable contract terms, manage supplier agreements, and monitor ongoing performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with key suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues or disputes.Ensure all procurement and contract activities comply with relevant regulations and organisational policies and prepare detailed reports for senior management on procurement performance and outcomes.Key Capabilities: Deep understanding of procurement processes, policies, and compliance standards, with the ability to manage complex procurement activities from initiation to completion.Strong experience in managing the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, fostering collaboration and resolving issues effectively.Skilled in identifying and mitigating procurement and contract risks, ensuring smooth operations and minimising disruptions to business activities.Ability to analyse supplier data, market trends, and procurement performance to inform strategic decisions that drive cost efficiency and value for money.How to Apply: To apply, click the Apply Now button and send your up-to-date resume.
