APS 4 Scheme Debt Finance Officer
$43.82 / Hourly / Ex Super Deakin, ACT12-month contract (possible extension)Ability to gain or hold an NV1 ClearanceAbout the role
The role will include assisting the scheme debt register, processes, invoices and analysing data from SAP/PSCD payments.
Duties Assisting with the scheme debt register, including system cancelled debts and unrecovered debts.Assisting with debt recovery processes in line within the Scheme Debt Management Policy, including liaising with other business areas, Providers and Participants in relation to payment arrangements, debt write-offs and waivers.Preparing invoices, including payment request cancellation as required.Provide input into the development of Standard Operating Procedures for the team, including process mapping requirements.Extracting and analysing data from SAP/PSCD and other data systems for management reporting.Assisting with queries regarding pending SAP/PSCD payments and bank account issues.Supporting project initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders within the team and across the agency.Key Experience Attention to detailAbility to comply with all legislative and policy requirementsStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAccounting/account receivable skillsDebt Recovery experienceDatabase administration and analysisDesired Experience Previous experience with SAP SRMApplication Requirements Applicants must hold Australian citizenship.National Criminal History Records Check and completion of the Agency's screening checks.If you feel you are a suitable candidate submit your application by hitting 'Apply for this job'.
