The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting Senior Project Officers and Assistant Directors in the production and lodgement of Postal Vote Packs during an election.

What you'll do:
As an APS4 Project Officer - Print, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's significant project. You will be tasked with supporting senior staff in the production and lodgement of Postal Vote Packs, performing quality assurance tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality for postal votes. Your keen attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and clear communication abilities will be key to your success in this role.
Support Senior Project Officers and Assistant Directors in the production and lodgement of Postal Vote Packs during an election.
Perform quality assurance tasks onsite at a printing and mail house service provider.
Ensure postal votes meet certain standards of quality to maintain reputation and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all materials are properly secured or disposed of in compliance with organisational policy.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Communicate clearly and consistently both in writing and verbally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
