As a grants Establishment Officer, you will provide a range of administrative duties and support to various stakeholders of the Health Grants Establishment team. As an APS4 Establishment Officer, your daily priorities will be:Analysis of grant information and data that will enable the production of a suite of documents (Grant Agreements) to be provided to eligible service providersComplex data entryAssist with monitoring group mailboxesGeneral administrative tasks as requiredDevelop and maintain stakeholder relationshipsIdentify, document and escalate issues and riskUndertake a range of assurance functions to support the Health Grants Establishment teamContribute to a high-performing team culture that engages effectivity with changeDemonstrate positivity and a solution-focused way of working to achieve results.Participate in business improvement projects that provide efficiencies with current business processes.
