6 month non-ongoing Flexable working arrangements Undertake a range of financial services The Organisation: Federal Government Department centrally located in Canberra The Role: The APS4 Finance Officer reports to the Senior Finance Officer working in the CFO group. The team are responsible for financial management within the department and undertake a range of financial services that ensure the financial sustainability. In this role you will: Monitor and manage the finance and travel inbox Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Provide advice and assistance on corporate cards Provide advice and assistance to business groups regarding corporate travel. Manage passport and visa applications Build and sustain effective relationships within the team Work collaboratively in a small team delivering financial services Your Skills and Experience: You must have previous experience from a Federal Government background within a Finance role and possess a current baseline security clearance. This is non-negotiable.
