$76,277 - $83,274 + up to 15.4% Superannuation Reid - ACT The Role As the Executive Assistant to Defence Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will be required to undertake administrative support activities and tasks.
You will be responsible for managing and performing clerical and administrative business support in the following areas: Schedule and calendar management.
Meeting and conference administration.
Travel administration.
Records management.
The Executive Assistant is also responsible for stakeholder engagement, and acts as a front of house liaison point to triage both visitors and incoming correspondence for Senior Executives.
About our Team As a member of the Defence Cyber and Information Assurance Branch within Joint Capabilities Group, you will be part of the team responsible for protecting and securing Defence information and the information environment.
The branch's two core functions are: Supporting the Defence Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in providing leadership and governance to Defence's cyber and information security capabilities.
Providing effective cyber and information security advice, guidance and cyber security assurance services to broader Defence customers.
