APS4 Data Administrator
Location: Hobart
Hourly rate: $49 per hour + super
Contract length: until 30/06/2025 with the potential to extend

About the role:
We are looking for Data Matching Officers for the Code of Conduct team, which ensures the safety and well being of aged care service users. The team evaluates worker's behaviour against the organisation's Code of Conduct, analysing information to identify and respond to risks or misconduct.
Key Duties:
Review daily incident reports involving aged care workers (subjects of allegations).
Analyse the WICT database and cross-reference data from internal and external sources to identify matches.
Confirm matches using qualifying information (e.g., date of birth).
Create cases in the CCMS database for further review or record no match in the system.
Perform additional related duties and complete mandatory training as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised, with strong data management and problem-solving skills.
Experience in compliance, regulatory environments, or aged care is highly desirable, along with the ability to adapt, collaborate in a team, and complete mandatory training.
