Aps4 Customer Service Officer

We are seeking Customer Service professionals at the APS4 level. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and should be equipped with robust written and verbal communication.

Position description:
Inbox management.
Maintaining spreadsheets.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Provide high level administrative advice and support.
Drafting and reviewing internal and external communications.
Booking and planning stakeholder meetings.

Key Capabilities :
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated written and communication skills.
Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in the use of contemporary computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing software.

Position Requirements / Qualifications:
Customer service experience.
Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
