APS 4 Corporate Support Officer$43.82 per hour + super Canberra, Deakin 12-month labour hire contract Hybrid Work Arrangements | 3 Days WFH Weekly Pay The Organisation:This Government body works with people with disability, providers, and the community to deliver nationally consistent, responsive, and effective regulation of service providers. They seek to uphold the rights of, and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of people with disability receiving supports or services.

About the role:The Support Officer role will provide critical support to the team by handling valuable administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the team to focus on core responsibilities more efficiently.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Provide administrative support to the project team.Act as a touchpoint for internal and external contacts.Maintain team filing and administration systems.Assist in planning for meetings and participate in team meetings; draft and circulate minutes.Assist the team in ensuring they have the information needed to support ongoing team processes. About You:You'll bring your background in administration support, coordination and project support.

Key skills required for roles:2-3 years' experience working in a similar role.Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Demonstrate experience in hands-on resource management.Demonstrate well-developed communications skills.Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Desirable skills to have for the roles:Experience in projects, PMO or business administration.Show competency in SharePoint, Confluence.Open to uplifting skills and adapting to new ways of working and tools.Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
