Adecco is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified candidates with a Baseline Security Clearance for potential upcoming roles at the APS4, APS5, and APS6 levels. These General Administrative Support roles require individuals with strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills to support various departments.

Description Assist in taking this Government department further, faster. Providing general administrative support to teams who are turning innovative technologies into capabilities.
At the APS4 level, General Administrative Support roles typically involve:
Data Entry and Record ManagementDocument Preparation and FormattingCustomer Service and CommunicationMeeting CoordinationFile and Document ManagementGeneral Office SupportSystem and Database UseAPS5
Undertake work that is moderately complex to complex in nature and operate under limited direction.Accountable for organising own work-flow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility.Provide policy advice within an area of specialisation with advice based on policies and legislation.Undertake specialist or technical research and analysis, conduct investigations, and undertake procedural, clerical, administrative support or operational tasks.Work may include supervision of lower level employees and responsibility for managing staff performance, allocating work and identifying opportunities for on-the-job training. APS6
Undertake work that is complex in nature, work under limited direction with the opportunity for reasonable autonomy and accountability.Exercise both initiative and judgement in the interpretation of policy and in the application of practices and procedures. Provide detailed technical, professional, and/or policy advice in relation to complex problems and may assist in strategic planning, program and project management and policy development.Liaise with a range of stakeholders in a representational role.Work may involve management responsibilities requiring the setting of priorities and managing work-flows.Profile MUST be an Australian Citizen.MUST have Baseline Security Clearance. Candidates not holding a current clearance can be consideredQualifications and relative experience in business administration and management within Government departments.Experience and competency using Government corporate business systems eg. MyProcurement, MyFI and Objective.Competent in Microsoft Suite.Job Offer Expression of interest for upcoming opportunitiesFull time hours$55-$65 per hourSome immediate starts
