This role involves a mix of administrative duties, financial administration, and support tasks to keep operations running seamlessly.
You'll also build relationships with stakeholders, oversee property and IT services, assist with reporting, and even help train junior staff, ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities: Provide essential administrative support, working closely with team members and local leaders.
Assist with financial tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Manage tasks related to property, IT, security, and equipment maintenance.
Prepare documentation, respond to policy and procedural queries, and handle diary management and travel arrangements.
Conduct quality assurance checks, maintain records, and assist in recruiting and rostering.
Support research, data collation, and reporting, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
