Key Responsibilities: Manage the team email inbox, calendars, and appointments, ensuring adherence to priorities and timeframes.

Coordinate and prepare meeting minutes and official documents.
Assist in drafting written communications, managing databases, and organising travel arrangements.
Support project management activities to achieve timely and successful work outcomes.
