Our client, a large federal government organisation based in Canberra, is seeking Security Administrators to join their team.
An opportunity to be part of a significant project that will have a substantial impact on the Australian community.
As a Security Administrator, you will provide administrative support relating to police checking and security clearances.
What you'll do: Assist in the day to day operational support to security team, including data entry and extraction in relation to the security clearance process.
Prepare correspondence/reports on security matters as directed.
Perform tasks/processes to contribute to an election project/deliverable, including providing sound and timely information, advice, analysis and reporting.
Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships, including assisting in the resolution of stakeholder problems.
Resolve issues with guidance from senior staff.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities that arise as directed.
What you bring: Proven ability to use Microsoft Office products.
Specifically intermediate Excel skills.
Knowledge and experience in successfully completing high volume of allocated tasks to a compliant standard while delivering results within competing time frames and priorities.
Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to build a productive working relationship and resolve issues.
Demonstrated personal integrity whilst achieving results within legislative and policy parameters.
