About the Role: The APS3 Participant Support Officer is responsible for providing front line reception duties and operational administration support for the Ipswich branch.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Providing counter/reception support for the local office including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments, and telephone enquiries.
Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
Preparing, editing, and distributing correspondence and reports Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed.
Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback in the system What's in it for you?

Skills and experience required: We strongly encourage your application should you have demonstrated the below skills and / or capabilities.
Demonstrated success providing high level front of house and clerical support in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Confident in the resolution of conflict and complaints.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History Check, Worker Screening Check and / or Working with Children Check (where required) along with proof of Australian Citizenship .
