What You'll Be Doing In these roles, you'll:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
Use creative sourcing strategies to attract the best Defence and ICT talent.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

As the Recruitment Specialist , you'll take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on critical roles in Defence and ICT.
As the Recruitment and Resourcing Partner , you'll do more work with the Candidates, promoting the brand and talking through this brand's Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
You will support workforce planning and HR teams to build talent pipelines for those harder-to-fill roles.
About You We're looking for experienced Recruiters/Talent Acquisition specialists who:
Know their way around Defence or ICT recruitment (or are keen to learn).
