Approach Consulting has been engaged to assist this high-performing national law firm in finding an established Senior Associate to join its Wills & Estates practice. The practice's primary focuses are estate planning, administration, and litigation.
Led by an energetic and highly-regarded national partner, this practice has clients across Australia. The role will build on those national relationships while continuing to grow and service Sydney-based clients.
Leverage national firm resources to service and grow the Wills & Estates practice in Sydney.
You will work on diverse, complex matters including estate planning, administration, and litigation. Collaborate with top-tier professionals while building strong client relationships and contributing to the practice's growth.
Responsibilities include:
Advising clients on intricate estate planning, including wills, trusts, and succession planning.
Handling probate and estate administration matters with efficiency and sensitivity.
Managing estate litigation, including family provision claims and contested wills.
Developing client relationships through excellent service and tailored advice.
Contributing to business development initiatives and the practice's strategic goals.
What We're Looking For:
Admission as a solicitor in Australia with 6+ years of post-admission experience in Wills & Estates.
Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive, client-focused approach and a desire to build on an existing practice.
Business development acumen to enhance client relationships and practice visibility.
