Your work will vary from being in the workshop – completing all fit outs of new and used Agricultural Machinery, prior to delivery – through to on-farm break down call outs and servicing.

We have an exciting opportunity at our Geraldton branch for a Leading Hand to join our skilled Agricultural service team.
We are looking for a candidate, that is 'hands on' and has previous experience in a leading hand role in aservice environment, preferably within Agriculture, and shares our value in putting our customers first and exceeding our service delivery.

The role: Support the Service Manager by supervising workshop staff to ensure assigned work conforms to quality, safety, and productivity requirements. Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet allrequirements while achieving quality and safety standards. Monitor the use of materials, parts, and tools to ensure the team have what they need and minimise waste and damage. Provide support, direction and training as required. Maintain a clean and safe workplace. In conjunction with the Service Manager and other Branch Management, carry out incident, accident and non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closures. To be successful in this role you will have: 3+ years' experience as a qualified Agricultural Mechanic or similar Be able to exercise considerable initiative/judgement in work methods and in interpreting anddelegating work requirements/goals Hands-on approach Be able to work cross functionally and collaboratively with many stakeholders Why Apply?
