As an Apprenticeship Support Officer, you will work to ensure that all administrative activities undertaken for clients are handled with a high degree of customer service and quality.
This is a Full time, Maximum Term Contract ending June 2026 that is available for immediate commencement.
Key Responsibilities: Completing accurate data entry and maintaining relevant databases Completing inbound customer service calls and ensuring the contact schedule is maintained Providing basic advice to clients Referring callers on to further internal and external services Booking appointments via phone consultations Other general administrative duties as required About you To be successful in this role, you will possess: Intermediate computer skills with the ability to competently use Microsoft suite of products Strong attention to detail Excellent phone and customer service skills Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations in a patient and professional manner Ability to work to and achieve KPIs Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work fast-paced and to time-critical deadlines About CCIWA CCIWA is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that has been the voice of business for more than 130 years.
