As an Apprentice Vehicle Technician you will be part of a team that is delivering an impeccable service experience to each and every Tesla customer. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll have an opportunity to learn from experienced Tesla Technicians and work with vehicles that are revolutionizing the automotive industry. What You'll Do Work as a team to deliver results and achieve daily goals Provide critical support to the Service Team Complete Tesla Specific training and a Certificate III in Automotive Electric Vehicle Technology Develop knowledge of all Tesla products, service systems, process and procedures Perform basic service work and inspections of new and inventory cars under supervision Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and Service Centre Workshop What You'll Bring Educational experience: Year 12 completion Eligibility to attend foundation training through a Registered Training Organisation Valid driver's license Fluent English Technical acumen – interest in electronics and technology Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills Ability to learn on the job, work quickly, efficiently and follow instructions Ability to handle shifting priorities and meet deadlines Energetic and enthusiastic with a team-player attitude Love to change the status quo and work in high-pressure situations. Be proactive and take initiative, planning ahead to best support your team Be self-aware, flexible and open-minded Possess a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and customer-service mindset Must have a passion for our mission, our people, and our customers.
