Apprentice Security And Data Technician

Our Client is a family run business who has a positive reputation in providing Electronic, Security and Data solutions, including; system design, installation, service and maintenance.  Their clients range from commercial, retail, government and residential. We are seeking an enthusiastic apprentice technician who has a passion for all things technical to join our team. As an Apprentice Security Technician you will be primarily performing maintenance work where you will be responsible for fault finding, diagnosis, cabling and repairs and installs of electronic security and data systems. The successful candidate will: Have a passion for electro-mechanical equipment Hands on tool experience Excellent attention to detail Have demonstrated ability to fault find Be reliable, hardworking, trustworthy Possess good time management skills Thrive in a team environment and enjoy having the freedom of working out in the field Good communication skills which allow you to interact effectively and positively with team members across the business and our customers. Be both well-presented and spoken Have current Australian driver's license Have the willingness to learn and take direction Be willing to undertake a Cert III Data and Voice Communications  Candidates undergoing their apprenticeship in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year, will also be considered.
