About the Role: As an Apprentice, you'll dive into real-world challenges from day one. Your hands-on training will prepare you to:
Start up and shut down production cellsTroubleshoot and resolve production moulding issuesMaintain and clean mould tool insertsInstall and remove tools/inserts (die setting)Support production teams and ensure operations run smoothlyFollow safety and quality protocols (WHS & GMP)What We're Looking For: We're seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow. You don't need experience—just a positive attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to your education and development.
Must-Haves: Currently enrolled or planning to enrol in relevant TAFE/trade coursesWillingness to complete all required training and certificationFlexibility to work day (6am-2pm) or afternoon (2pm-10pm) shifts, Mon-FriAt ResMed, we'll be with you every step of the way.
