About the opportunity: Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, in conjunction with your studies you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of machinery both out on site & in the workshop. You shall have an interest in Machining, fitting & CNC machine operations & keen to learn a multi facet business.
In addition, you will:
Assist with diagnosing and repairing system faults.Keep records and ensure that activities are completed to deadline and job sheet requirements.Assist with safe installation of all components required such as all types of pumping systems, machinery, pipe work including commissioning and troubleshooting.Completed minimum year 10 in secondary education.Strong attention to detail.A desire to learn and understand mechanical systems.Class C drivers' licence (Minimum).Forklift ticket (Desirable).Your own reliable transport.Please note we will consider mid-term year 2 + apprentices (Prior performance pending review).
