Due to the growth and expansion of our Mechanical & Rentals Company, we are seeking an Apprentice Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our Service & Preventative Maintenance team in Emerald. We are looking for tradespeople to maintain, service & repair the vehicles under our care.
Job DescriptionYou will perform a variety of maintenance & service tasks on a large range of vehicles from the residential, commercial & industrial sectors. You will report directly to the Workshop Supervisor & complete all tasks as required. The role involves a "Hands On" approach for proactive maintenance, emergency breakdowns & service/repairs of all vehicles, specializing in 4WD mining vehicles. The role currently will be 5 Days/Week and is based in Emerald, Queensland.
You will have an interest in maintaining & repairing a wide range of light vehicles, preferably with Toyota. This role requires a mix of preventative maintenance & repair skills in both minor servicing to major overhauls on all vehicles.
