About the Role:
As an Apprentice Landscaper, you'll receive both practical and theoretical training to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a professional landscaper. Working closely with experienced team members, you'll assist in various landscaping tasks while gaining a deep understanding of site organisation, project timelines, workplace health and safety, and company quality standards.
This role provides a clear pathway to becoming a qualified Landscaper, with continuous support from both internal personnel and external training providers.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in a range of on-site tasks, including:General landscaping (edging, turfing, mulching, planting)Installation of irrigation and drainage systemsCrane management, site levels, concreting, and pavingAstroturf installation, rock work, retaining walls, and moreLearn plant knowledge and work with ex-ground treesStay informed about project progress, schedules, and deadlinesFollow instructions from senior team members and contribute to toolbox meetingsUphold workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations and company quality standardsWhat We're Looking For: Qualifications:A valid Driver's LicenseGeneral Construction Induction Card (White Card)Experience & Knowledge:Previous experience working in a team environmentBasic understanding of construction site requirements and dynamicsSkills & Attributes: Strong communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standardsA positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adaptExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Us?
