Our Program Our four-year Apprenticeship Program gives you the hands-on training and guidance from experienced tradespeople and a Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate through a Registered Training Organisation. As part of our program, you will receive the necessary tools, training and on-the-job mentoring.
About the role Key responsibilities:
Demonstrating behaviours aligned with the Evolution Mining values.Conducting tasks as directed by the Supervisor, Leading Hand, and Tradespersons.Attending and completing all training and competency requirements (Including TAFE).Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping in the workshop.Working within and complying with the Evolution Mining and Mungari's site-specific safety and health management system.Ensuring all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe, professional and efficient manner.About you Have full working rights in Australia (we are unable to support those who require a Visa).Hold a current manual WA Driver's License.Completed year 12 before commencing employment.Have a genuine interest in a trade, demonstrated through work experience, hobbies, etc. (highly regarded).The position is a 5:2:4:3 (10-hour day) roster, only available to those already residing in the Kalgoorlie/Boulder region.
