As an Apprentice Fitter and Turner, you will be at the heart of Superior Pak's manufacturing operations. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learn the ins and outs of fitter and turning, and develop your skills in a supportive, creative, and dynamic environment. We offer a structured and comprehensive apprenticeship program that combines hands-on experience with formal training. In this role, you'll start your journey by mastering basic fitting skills and gradually progress to learning the ins and outs of manual lathes and milling machines. We're seeking individuals with a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals and a burning passion for hands on work. As you grow with us, you'll have the opportunity to advance into operating CNC machines and even delve into basic programming.
