In the role of Apprentice Electrician, you will form part of a team maintaining and upgrading electrical systems across City water and wastewater assets.
Work alongside skilled electricians, assisting with electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across the City.Gain exposure to a wide range of electrical systems in City buildings, helping to maintain vital infrastructure.Under the supervision of a qualified tradesperson, assist with installing wiring, outlets, switches, and electrical panels in various settings.Ensure tools and equipment are properly cleaned, maintained, and stored.Learn to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and plans under the guidance of a qualified tradesperson to ensure accurate installations.Help with troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, with oversight from a qualified electrician.What are we looking for from you
