This is a rare and exciting opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience in a busy plant environment.
You will be mentored by experienced tradespeople who are keen to share their knowledge and support your development.
You will gain experience working in our CSBP AAN (production of ammonia gas, ammonium nitrate solid and liquid as well as emulsion products).

To be considered you will have: A demonstrated commitment to studying and training.Willingness to work in a team environment.Valid Driver's license or working towards obtaining your Driver's license.The commitment to prioritising your safety, and the safety of others in all practices, including understanding safe work practices in a workshop.Successfully completed Year 12 and/or currently completing or have completed a pre-apprenticeship (favourable but not essential).Confidence to work at heights and in confined spaces.Why WesCEF We are committed to building an engaged and talented workforce that is representative of the people who live in the communities where we operate.
