What You'll Do:
Work alongside experienced mechanics to master the ins and outs of heavy machinery maintenance and repairs.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Assist with fixing and replacing parts to keep equipment running smoothly.
Develop skills in welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting.
Learn to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
Keep detailed records of your work.
