Joining our team as an Apprentice Chef in the Star Culinary Institute (SCI) program is the perfect place to complete your apprenticeship, recognised industry wide due to the variety of cooking and service styles you are exposed to over the 3 year program. We aim to provide you with the ingredients for success.
