The roleAre you eager to embark on a thrilling culinary career mastering the art of cooking delicious dishes whilst achieving a nationally recognised qualification? Our esteemed culinary apprentice program is on the lookout for the next generation of chefs. You will complete both on and off the job training and learn from top professionals rotating across the hotel operation, including niche restaurants such as Oncore by Clare Smyth and the world renowned Nobu.
