Our breathtaking resort, positioned at the heart of the new Queen's Wharf Brisbane precinct, will commence a staged opening in August 2024, bringing a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre to the river city.
Joining our team as an Apprentice Chef is the perfect way to commence your culinary career. The Star Culinary Institute (SCI) program is the perfect place to complete your apprenticeship. We aim to provide you with the ingredients for success.
