Apprentice Boilermaker

We are seeking an Apprentice Boilermaker to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication, installation, and repair of boilers, tanks, and other metal structures.
The Apprentice Boilermaker will work under the guidance of experienced boilermakers to learn the trade and develop the necessary skills to become a qualified boilermaker.Responsibilities:Assist in the fabrication, installation, and repair of boilers, tanks, and other metal structuresRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsUse hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join metal partsAssist in the assembly and installation of boilers and tanksPerform routine maintenance and repairs on boilers and tanksFollow safety procedures and guidelines at all timesMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a pre-apprenticeship program in welding or metal fabrication is preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsBasic knowledge of welding and metal fabrication techniquesGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and develop new skills
