ABOUT THE ROLE As an Automotive Glazier Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn the skills and techniques necessary to become a proficient automotive glazier. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will receive hands on training in repairing and replacing automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. This apprenticeship offers a structured learning environment where you will gain valuable experience and knowledge to launch your career in the automotive industry. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Assist in removing damaged automotive glass and preparing the vehicle for repair or replacement. Learn to properly install and fit new automotive glass components. Gain experience in using specialised tools and equipment for glass repair and replacement. Learn to identify and repair minor chips, cracks, and scratches in automotive glass. Assist in providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to automotive glass services. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions closely.
