Our culture celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing and belonging, ensuring our people can thrive.About The Role:The Apprentice and Trainee Admissions Officer is accountable for enrolling apprentices and trainee students, from application to finalisation, across a range of industries and course types.
This includes:Process all aspects of student applications and admissions ensuring all information is accurate and recorded in the Student Management Systems.Provide advice to prospective apprentices/students on the application processes and requirements.Initiate pre-enrolment eligibility assessment with ATA's and follow up as applicable.Act as decision maker for assessing student applications by becoming an Authorised Enrolment delegate.Work independently to quality check student enrolment paperwork at pre and post induction.Liaise with Education Operations Officers and ATA's to enable a smooth onboarding experience for all students.Analyse and process eligibility exemptions, fee waivers and concession fees accordingly to the contract notification guidelines.Provide exceptional customer service to students and employers either face to face or via phone/email/chat.We are excited about you because you have:An appropriate certificate level qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training in providing high level of customer service and administration support.Knowledge about standards and guidelines regarding apprenticeship, trainees and work-placed based student training.
(Desired)Knowledge in the administration of apprenticeships/traineeships, modes of training delivery and roles of employers, Australian Apprenticeship Support networks, (AASNs) and training providers.
