Your role and responsibilities During your apprenticeship you will receive ongoing training, new work-based experiences and support to enable you to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to undertake a comprehensive range of administrative duties.
This will enable you to support the delivery of services in the Early Years and Childcare Service within the Children and Young People's Directorate
You will develop the skills and qualities needed to provide effective and efficient administrative support in the Early Years and Childcare Service including providing support to families and childcare providers contacting Suffolk Family Information Service, updating database records, processing information relating to funding and carrying out general office activities, including financial administration and arranging meetings and courses.
Your apprenticeship  Level 3 Business Administration for 18 months.
