About the Role3 Positions Available in our team for Super Star Appointment Setters Our Call Centre team is at the core of our business and is key to help us grow across Queensland. 
You will play a crucial role in our growth by identifying and reaching out to potential clients.  You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, making your role instrumental in shaping our company's success. 
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are outgoing, have exceptional communication skills, and thrive on the rewards of their hard work.
You will learn about our industry, master the use of our CRM, learn our systems and processes, and showcase your vital lead generation skills, with the ultimate goal to thrive as an independent agent in the future.
Key Responsibilities: Appointment Setting: Engage with inbound leads to schedule sales appointments.Utilize our database to identify potential clients and set appointments.Build rapport and create interest in our services.Gather essential information and qualify leads for our sales team.Ensure the sales team has a steady stream of meetings.Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-up steps.Update CRM tools to ensure the sales team has the latest information.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide feedback.Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with product offerings and sales techniques. What we're looking for?Required Skills & Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, preferably within the finance or real estate industry desirable, but not essential.Exceptional active listening skills and a genuine passion for assisting individualsExcellent oral English communication skillsStrong work ethic and a self-starter attitude.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle data with care.A dedication to meeting both company and personal KPIsA confident and outgoing personality, complemented by strong client objection handling abilitiesA highly professional telephone mannerA desire to be part of a company that values and rewards high achieversWe are open to hearing from outgoing Fundraisers, Retail or Hospitality workers looking for a change!
