About the Role
Are you ready to leverage your call Centre or appointment-setting experience in a rewarding remote role? As an Appointment Setter at Cursor Studio, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary goal will be to engage with leads generated from our marketing efforts, qualify them, and set appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, messaging, and responding to inquiries generated from our advertising campaigns.Appointment Booking: Consistently schedule a high volume of qualified appointments with potential clients for our sales consultants, ensuring you meet daily and weekly targets.Qualifying Prospects: Conduct triage calls via phone or Zoom to assess leads' needs and determine their suitability for our services.Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet converted, ensuring all follow-ups are completed within 24 hours.Relationship Building: Foster trust and rapport with prospects through effective communication and personalized engagement.Sales Funnel Management: Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them with appropriate sales personnel, and arranging meetings.Market Awareness: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing industry, including trends and customer preferences, to effectively communicate Cursor Studio's value proposition.What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, appointment setting, or a call Centre environment, preferably in a digital marketing or related field.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening and relationship-building.Mindset and Drive: A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while holding yourself accountable to high-performance standards.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Zoom) is essential.
