Mercy Health Albury - community transitional aged care programPermanent hours & fixed term contract hours until 30th June 2023Part time 64 hours per fortnightLevel 1 or 2 (dependent on experience - new graduates welcomed)Salary range $68,255 - $95,298 (pro rata, excluding superannuation)Provide quality client-focused OT services to the patients, their families and others.Assessment and interventions for older clients in a community/outpatient setting using evidence-based practiceABOUT YOU: Bachelor degree or higher in occupational therapy with current AHPRA registration
Experience working as an OT, preferably with experience in aged care field desirable.
High level communication skills -verbal, written
Understanding of complex care for older people and interest in the aged population - including equipment prescription, home modifications, cognitive changes.
Ability to work independently and in a team, including utilising AHAs.
