The team is currently focused on a small set of research and innovation themes, including but not limited to: Financial Wellbeing, Climate Action, Scams & Fraud, Human-Centred AI.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage large scale collaboration programs with our top-tier global research partners Support, and potentially co-author high quality and novel research in relevant research and industry outlets Lead (or work with) mixed teams of researchers, business domain experts, technical discipline experts (e.g.
AI, behavioural science, design) and external collaborators Work with business and product teams, as well as regulators and industry groups to understand opportunities and priority issues Develop thought leadership, conduct training, and present results to business and academic audiences Participate in strategy and planning discussions with applied behavioural science leaders, external collaborators and business peers We are interested to hear from you if you have Strong familiarity with behavioural science (history, methods, controversies, future directions) Behavioural science experience in research, industry or consulting contexts.
Experience in related fields will be considered.
Strength in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods Experience in designing, running, analysing and reporting on experimental trials Ability to think laterally, and bring together teams, methods and assets in effective ways Ability to clearly communicate technical insights and concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated discipline around budgets, deadlines, stakeholder management, quality control, risk management preferred If this sounds like you then apply today!
