Your new role
You'll be joining as a Technical Applications Support Specialist - the role will be a blend of technical support and ensuring excellent customer experience / success through contributing towards delivering bespoke solutions.
Your day to day will involve;
Being a technical point of contact for customersPrioritise & triage incoming technical support requestsDocument support casesTroubleshoot technical issuesPerform root cause analysis on technical issues across multiple products & platformsWhat you'll need to succeed3 years experience in technical support rolesKnowledge of SQLUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and web servicesExperience with a major cloud provider - the company uses AWS so if you have this experience then greatExperience with Agile methodologiesBasic programming / bug fixing would be greatWhat you need to do now
