ABOUT THE ROLE The company recently launched a 'Sys Mod', a multi-million dollar initiative to transform the processes and technology stacks across the business.
This includes a brand-new ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, for all offices which will save agents time and help them serve their clients more effectively.
Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Manager, the Enterprise Application Specialist is responsible for defining, executing and managing best practices for all work under the purview of the IT Applications team.
Furthermore from a technical perspective, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Projects involving implementation, testing, designing and upgrading Elders D365 and Power Platform portfolio Providing Leadership to vendor Dev Ops squads and being an escalation point for D365 related issues Ensure effective reporting, basis agile principles and ensuring best usage of resources Risk assessment and mitigation planning Contribute to the team's business plan Work constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will undertake and manage all activities involved in the management of enterprise platforms being rolled out under the Sys Mod program.
Experience wise, it would be favourable for your application if you brought: Hands-on experience in developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse Hands-on experience in D365 Finance and Operations with experience in integrating it with Power Platform solutions Proficiency in managing and administering Power Platform environments, including security, compliance, and performance optimization Exposure to tools like Azure Dev Ops Good exposure to implementing enhancements to existing system processes and adding new functionalities Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and other related technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
