The primary purpose of this role is to provide specialist level support for customers utilising the Epiroc Autonomous Haulage applications and supporting systems.
This role will be Perth based on a 7/7 Day & Night roster.
Responsibilities of this role will include: Act as a subject matter expert for Epiroc Link OA Autonomous Haulage SystemProvide specialised training in the use, application, and maintenance of products and solutions within the area of responsibilityIdentify product improvement opportunities and work in collaboration with the PC to trial and implementCollaborate with customers and global business divisions to identify and deliver Epiroc solutions and improvements that increase safety, productivity, and efficiencyUtilise ticketing systems to effectively record, monitor, and analyse technical support requests, tasks and issuesAct as first response to customer support requests within the assigned area of responsibilityEnsure all technical support requests within the area of responsibility are responded to and resolved within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframesProvide in-field and remote technical support within the assigned area of responsibilityTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues by working with internal and external stakeholdersProvide regular and structured feedback to customers detailing the status of support requestsEscalate in detail any required product issues to the Product Company (PC)Provide after-hours remote support for high priority requests in line with an agreed rosterIdentify documentation requirements and participate in specialist input, review, and approval including but not limited to Safe Work Procedures (SWP's), Work Instructions (WIN's), Component Replacement Instructions (CRI's) and Technical Service News Bulletins (TSNB's)Develop Knowledge Articles (KA's) and Quick Reference Guides (QRG's) that increase service efficiencyCommissioning and technical reportsTimesheets and expense managementOther administrative activities as required by the role and/or directed by SupervisorThe successful applicant must have: Superior technical expertise and familiarity with Automation and Technology systems; any previous experience with AHS or Autonomous mining would be highly regardedAbility to multitask and thrive in fast-paced environmentAbility to work successfully in a teamAbility to analyse and use sound judgementStrong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skillsCommitment to providing quality customer serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency using Microsoft ExcelThis is a rare opportunity for you to further build your career with Epiroc.
