We work with a range of agencies and sectors to ensure Tasmanians can benefit from a resilient and diverse housing market.Period of employment / Hours:Fixed term full-time day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation) commencing ASAP for a period of 12 months.Location: Homes Tasmania - Information and Technology Management Services - Applications Services – SouthDuties:Primary Purpose / Focus:Support the provision of an applications administration, support, and maintenance service to ensure the ongoing stability and security of Homes Tasmania's applications, tools, and technologies.Provide support to team members and collaborate with business units, external stakeholders, vendors/suppliers to monitor compliance, agreed standards, and service levels.Contribute to Homes Tasmania's digital operating environment being fit for purpose.Build an inclusive team through change, collaborating with all ITMS teams to achieve Homes Tasmania's objectives.Skills and experience:Selection criteria includes:Demonstrated experience in the management, administration, and monitoring of applications including support services.Understanding, or ability to acquire, of Tasmanian Government digital strategies, policies, and guidelines.Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills to analyze complex information and technology-related issues.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for ALL the selection criteria of this position.Working towards or successful completion of qualifications, and/or experience relevant to the role such as:Recent industry experience in the delivery of applications administration services.Proven experience with Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira Service Management.1.
