As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and managing various projects or work streams. You'll ensure the enforcement of project deadlines, schedules, and reporting, delivering projects with precision and efficiency. The Role: As our Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Your expertise will be crucial in managing expectations across diverse stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and senior management. Additionally, you'll coordinate and manage activities across business units, collaborating seamlessly with virtual and multicultural teams. THIS ROLE IS BASED IN PERTH and can't be done remotely from interstate. Required Experience: Extensive Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing Applications projects within large, complex environments. Multitasking Expertise: Ability and willingness to handle multiple projects simultaneously, varying in size, scope, and budget. Full Project Lifecycle Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in driving projects from initiation to completion. Team Management Skills: Experience in effectively managing team-based engagements to achieve project goals. Adaptability and Flexibility: Strong conceptual skills and the ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in a dynamic environment. Effective Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build and manage cross-functional relationships. Aptitude for Change: Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing priorities, and evolving technology environments.
