Our values are - Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Apply technical knowledge to design, develop, and deploy changes to Crown Law's IT applications and enterprise systems.Work with business stakeholders to understand and assess functional requirements for change components, including workflows, automated templates, and reporting.Undertake system administration and maintenance activities that support availability, performance, and data quality.Utilise advanced problem solving and analysis skills to investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within IT applications.Provide specialised support and advice to Crown Law staff in relation to issues within CL applications.Create test plans and undertake technical testing and quality assurance tasks for updated applications and system changes.Create, review, and maintain IT documentation including knowledge articles, change specifications, and process guides.Assist the team with providing user support, completing operational IT service tasks, and contributing to projects as required.Contribute to the continual development of team processes relation to applications support.Applications to remain current for 12 months
