About the RoleAs the Network & Field Application Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and management of both SAP and non-SAP applications supporting critical business processes. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Direction: Shape and influence roadmaps, strategy, and service offerings that align with our digital and technology ambitions. Think creatively and strategically to optimize efficiencies, uncover cost-saving opportunities, and foster rapid innovation.
System Management: Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliability of Network and Field applications, ensuring top-tier performance from the Application Managed Service (AMS) contract.
Team Empowerment: Lead a team of functional and application specialists with a focus on fostering talent, skills development, and a culture of continuous growth to align with current and future technology roadmaps.
Process Innovation: Champion opportunities for process improvement, driving operational efficiency and enhanced system functionality.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Represent the organization externally, offering strategic advice and facilitating critical system changes. Manage risk, quality, and customer focus through well-defined SLAs and OLAs with internal and external partners.
Operational Excellence: Address and resolve system-related issues with minimal disruption, ensuring seamless business operations.
Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports on system performance, project milestones, and other key metrics to keep the organization informed.
