About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised person with attention todetail and excellent communication skills to perform an essentialadministrative role in the Housing Connect Front Door Service. To be successful you will have: Well-developed administrative and organisation skills andexperience in record keeping and management High-level written and verbal communication skills Experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders andpartners Good assessment and decision-making skills Ability to follow guidelines while also thinking outsidethe box to seek solutions Capacity and willingness to learn The Applications ManagementOfficer: Performs an essential administrative function at theHousing Connect Front Door in managing enquiries and workflowsfrom the Housing Connect online portal and the walk-in FrontDoor. Provides advice and support to people seeking housingassistance with accessing services and completingapplications Liaise with external stakeholders and other teammembers Support other team members and be resilient during busywork periods.
