ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting opportunity now exists for an Applications and Integrations Administrator to join our dynamic ICT Department. This newly created position will be responsible for helping the Camberwell Grammar School community innovate and excel in teaching and learning with technology. Reporting directly to the Lead Developer, you will work collaboratively with the wider ICT team to support the School by assisting in the technical management of applications, databases and products as well as the integration between them. You will play a key role in delivering quality and timely support to staff, students and parents across our core systems. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the Lead Developer to develop, support, maintain and enhance the business systems involved in the student life cycleSupport start of year/term processes and end of period (year/term) roll over processesOperate and support the day-to-day running, backup, upgrades, and integrations of the school business systemsProvide end user support, training and maintain documentation/knowledge baseCoordinate requirements gathering from a variety of stakeholders to support technology roadmap initiatives and enhancementsWork with stakeholders and vendors to ensure changes (upgrades & technology migration) are effectively documented, tested & communicated to usersIdentity and resolve incidents relating to key applicationsAnalyse incident trends to identify problems and root causesPlan and implement permanent fix solutions or workarounds for identified problemsImplement software maintenance, including patches and system upgrades and provide ongoing development in key applicationsProvide advice on the capabilities of systems to meet business needsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of applications, communicating relevant information to them on a regular basisDesign, document, and implement dashboards and reportsSupport identity and Single Sign-onDevelop workflow and forms-based apps for a range of business process improvementsLiaise with various software vendors and their help desk personnel to troubleshoot applications used throughout the schoolABOUT YOU Your passion is making technology work seamlessly for everyone. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Demonstrated experience in application management, support, delivery and development is essential. Experience with systems used in schools is highly desirable. You will be passionate about ensuring robust systems through professional implementation and software management principles.
