Reference number: PO/14/2025 Job Type: Full Time Package: from $78,374.00 to $88,210.00, plus 11.5% statutory superannuation and a 70-hour 9-day fortnight. This exciting role offers the chance to showcase and develop your skills in administering our business-critical IT Applications. Our project to implement a new cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has only just commenced, and you will be a key part of this project. You will also have a great opportunity to build knowledge of Council processes and functions within the new ERP solution.
These capabilities will set you up to provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.
What You'll Be Doing: Applications Administration: Manage access, regular upgrades, configuration changes, and reporting. Customer Fulfilment: Manage the timely response and resolution of incidents and requests. Manage SLA's with external providers. Team Player: Ready to jump in and take on any task? This is a full-time position classified at Grade H Entry Level under Council's current salary structure with a salary range based on qualifications and experience from $78,374.00 to $88,210.00, plus 11.5% statutory superannuation and a 70-hour 9-day fortnight. Conditions are in accordance with Local Government (State) Award 2023.
